Upgrade Euro Hosted and UK2 Hosted to MCT version 4.3.13

 

Intended Work: Upgrade MCT package from 4.3.11 to 4.3.13

Due Date & Down Time: Wednesday 4-12-2019 (11:00 am - 12:00 pm). No expected downtime

Anticipated Customer Impact: Customers connected via Command Centre or Remote Manager will get disconnected whilst each MCT restarts

Identified Risks: Contingency plans are in place in case of problems during the works
