Status Update

Maintenance work – Upgrade UK1 Host MCT software

Date – Wednesday 03-06-2020 (11:00 – 13:00 BST)

Anticipated customer impact: We will be upgrading the MCT software on UK1 MCT1 & MCT2 during this period.

Identified risks: Alarm delivery will not be impacted, however customers connected via Command Centre or Remote Manager will get disconnected whilst each MCT restarts. Flood control will also be active for one hour following the restart.

When Flood control is activated all communications trouble events are suspended, however all alarms generated by equipment connected to the SPT will continue to be submitted to the ARC. Once flood is cleared, any pending communications trouble events are submitted.
