Status Update


Maintenance – UK1 Host Scheduled database maintenance

Date – Wednesday 25-11-2020 (10:00 – 12:00 GST)

We will be performing essential maintenance on the WebWay UK1 MCT1 & MCT2 during this period.

Alarm delivery will not be impacted, however customers connected via Command Centre or Remote Manager will get disconnected whilst each MCT restarts. Flood Control will also be active for one hour following the restart.

When Flood Control is activated all communications trouble events are suspended, however all alarms generated by equipment connected to the SPT will continue to be submitted to the ARC. 

Once flood is cleared, any pending communications, trouble events are submitted.
