All the snow has cleared so WebWay is operating as normal. Our couriers were unable to make a collection on Friday afternoon. All orders placed up to midday were processed and will be shipped today.

Due to the safety of our staff, we have taken the decision to close Technical Support at 4:30pm (GMT).
Our couriers have been unable to make a collection this afternoon. All orders placed up to midday have been processed and will be shipped on Monday 5th.

Significant amount of snow fell yesterday afternoon and evening but no more over night. However there has been a lot of drifting in the strong winds making travel very difficult this morning. The forecast for today is still more of the same with high winds.
We currently have a limited Customer support service and we will do our best to answer calls in a timely manner but please bear with us.
We continue to monitor the situation and if the conditions deteriorate we may have to send staff home to ensure that they can get home safely.
Our couriers have confirmed that currently they will not be collecting today, we will try to process and prepare orders in case the situation changes, but its unlikely that anything will be collected before Monday 5th.

We are currently experiencing volumes of snow at our Head Offices in Newbury, West Berkshire. We do currently have full cover for customer support and operations, so WebWay is running as usual.
We will continue to book shipments but cannot guarantee that our couriers will not have problems collecting or delivering orders.
The safety of our staff is paramount, so we will however continue to monitor the situation and provide a further update if the conditions deteriorate.
