The SPT has lost all service to the local serving cells. There is no ability for the SIM Card to register onto any Radio services such as GSM or GPRS. Relocation of the device may be necessary or the installation of alternative antennas. GPRS Interface Fail may indicate an attempt to jam the local radio service.
