PSTN path fail indicates Line Voltage and Dial tone are present but there is no connection to the ARC.

Possible causes are:

  • Outgoing calls barred
  • Cli is being withheld the line is being used by other devices
  • An ADSL Line Filter has not been fitted on a PSTN line that is shared with an ADSL service. 
  • The PSTN line has been ceased.
