The following is to be agreed by the installer on behalf of the admin end user. The first End user to be signed up to a site is automatically set as the admin and should be the contact you have sold the service to.

Services

CONXTD offers two levels of service. Self Monitored and Professionally Monitored. Both services offer CONXTD Notifications. By Self Monitoring your site you agree that it is your sole responsibility to interpret and action the event. Receiving an event via CONXTD and calling the Police or Fire services does not guarantee an emergency response. If your risk determines that you require assistance of any kind from either a call centre or emergency services you should ask your security installer for information and pricing for Professional Monitoring Services.

Notifications

CONXTD Notifications must not be relied upon for emergency response, life-safety or other critical use services that require notifications to be provided without interruption. The receipt of CONXTD Notifications does not provide any emergency response service. WebWay or any other third party are not monitoring your site and cannot provide any assistance during an event (such as a burglary or fire), unless you have professional monitoring. CONXTD Notifications do not indicate that WebWayOne or any other third party monitoring service has received that data. You are the sole person responsible for the interpretation and actioning of that CONXTD Notification. Notifications are not received in real time. 

Remote Control

Remote Set / Unset provides the ability to change the state of your alarm system. The End User shall be responsible for the commands issued remotely to the Equipment. It is the users responsibility to ensure the function is completed on request (allow on screen process to complete / receive push notification of alarm). The function should only be performed on a system which has been tested at install and you understand outstanding alarms / messages on the keypad may prevent the function from working. The Company (WebWayOne Ltd) shall not be liable for any incorrect use by the End User of the set / unset service (whether deliberate or accidental) which results in a failure to provide the service or to the extent that it is caused by any interruption of connectivity to or failure of the internet.

Interruption of CONXTD due to maintenance

The CONXTD Notifications service is highly scaleable and reliable, however there are times when we need to interrupt the service for maintenance. We are not responsible for service outages caused by Apple, Google or any other third party within the Notifications supply chain. During this time the CONXTD Self Monitoring service and Notifications may be suspended. However Professionally Monitored systems will not be effected during periods of CONXTD platform maintenance.

Use of CONXTD log in and data

You must not use access to your CONXTD account to harm, defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, endanger the safety, or violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of any person or encourage any third party to do the same. Upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any inappropriate, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content. Access any customer accounts in a manner that could cause any harm, damage, or loss.

The following is to be agreed by the installer.

Billing

When signing up a site for the CONXTD service, the details of the end user you enter in Connections will become the admin for the site, and should be the contact you have sold the service to. We will use this user as the mechanism for billing for the site. Once the user has accepted the invite to CONXTD, billing will commence. The admin user for each site will be billed by the installer. It is charged on a per site basis. Billing will be monthly at a cost of £2 per month. After a site has been registered for CONXTD a billing record will be produced and billed at the end of each month. No Refunds, a cancellation may be request at any time, but you won’t be issued a refund. Cancellations are to be provided a month in advance. Changes. We may change the fees in effect but will give you advance notice of these changes.

Remote Control

You must ensure you follow all setup instructions provided for Remote Set / Unset and allow the end user to test the feature before you leave the installation.
