Obsolete Equipment

WebWayOne continues to develop Hardware and software that provides product longevity and the latest in advanced features and integration. Whilst a product will continue to function and perform to its original specification, replacement component availability will determine the ability to repair and upgrade the older hardware platforms. All WebWayOne SPTs have a prefix that determines the generation and age of the hardware design and capabilities. The hardware platforms that have been designated obsolete do not require replacement, however the ability to repair faulty or damaged equipment is no longer viable. Later versions of firmware will not be supported. If in doubt, contact WebWayOne. Hardware classification is described (below) including a full list of hardware variants and their current status.

The hardware platform is still being manufactured, software upgrades to the latest release are possible and repairs under warranty possible.

Replacement boards can be supplied at a Service Spare cost. Original equipment cannot be upgraded to the latest software versions and repairs through component obsolescence are not possible. Contact WebWayOne Support of your Account Manager.

Hardware and software may not have the ability to support features that are available in later versions. Boards can be refurbished and used Operationally or as a Service Spare. Contact WebWayOne Support or your Account Manager.
